When you go there it’s clearly for the onsen. Not for sleeping. It’s very loud and the worst comes from the cleaning team. They start early to prepare cleaning and they make a lot of noise by chatting or with plastic bags and banging on the walls while cleaning rooms. I had terrible sleep. One week was way too long. Roof top is closed even if it’s sunny. Roof top bar doesn’t open before 4pm so if you want to have a coffee and work during the day it’s impossible. Not digital nomad friendly.

Spacious, resort like style, clean, staff is very helpful, luxurious, and great location.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you opt out of every day cleaning, you recieve a 1000yen voucher to spend at the restaurant or gift shop, which was fun. There are free different flavor bath salts, and a self-serve bar and coffee mixing station. The room was huge, clean and has lots of bits to make you feel welcome and relaxed. We never heard any of our neighbors, and the bed & pillows were amazing. There were two ACs in the room, so yiu can keep the room cool or keep the balcony door open for warm sea air. A bit of a shame that the pool closes at 6 (during the off season when we went), but that was the only downside.
