The country house Finca Fani 1 is located in Agüimes, overlooking the mountain and the sea. The 80 m² country house consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace, heating, air conditioning in the double bedroom and the living room, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The country house boasts a private outdoor area with a balcony and a partially covered, 40 m² furnished terrace, that invites enjoy the view of the Roque Aguayro and the sea. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.

Then police of environmental protection SEPRONA (Servicio de Protección de la Naturaleza de la Guardia Civil) have placed many other animals to their care. Some are under bad condition cause of neglegtion or even abuse. Nowadays there are many rescued animals for examble parrots, lizards, birds, monkeys, deers and many more. The entrance fee is surprisingly low and the income goes to keep up the park and the animals. We spent enjoyable half a day in the park. We saw crocodile show and two one day old crocodiles. Also we were able to touch one baby crocodile, it´s tummy was so soft. Please visit the park if you are in Gran Canaria. Crocodilo Park situates near airport of Gran Canaria. Drive south the highway GC-1 about 14 km, turn right to GC-100 (Cruse de Arinaga)and then road GC-104. There is signs to guide. Tolle Finca, drei Terrassen mit sehr schönem Ausblick

Pros: Der Ausblick ist bombastisch und die Finca schön abgelegen vom Trubel. Auch wenn der Weg in den nächst größeren Ort etwas länger ist, so macht es doch wirklich Spass mit dem Motoroller durch die Berge zu fahren und die Landschaft zu geniessen. Die Finca ist gemütlich eingerichtet, ideal für Paare und Familien mit einem Kind. Tolle Küche. Cons: Das Bett im "Kinderzimmer" reicht so grade für eine erwachsene Person, die Matratze ist nicht mehr die Beste. Das Kochzubehör könnte scharfe Messer vertragen und das Wlan ist leider ständig ausgefallen. Der Hausmüll muß selber in den Sammelstellen im Ort entsorgt werden.
