Our 14 night vacation could not have been lovelier. We arrived to a sparkling clean condo with no antiseptic hotel/motel smell. It was so refreshing! Every inch of the place was furnished and decorated with comfort and coastal style in mind. Millie and Frankie checked on us the morning after we arrived. What delightfully accommodating and wonderful people they are. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The bed linens are beautiful and in “like-new” condition. The pool in the back was pure Heaven and the rooftop terrace for relaxation and viewing sunsets over the ocean was phenomenal. Being right across the street from the ocean was a dream come true. The sound of the waves was nature’s musical magic. The condo is so conveniently located to the public beach, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, etc…. We enjoyed beautiful morning walks by the ocean and through lovely neighborhoods. Our first vacation to Aguada Beach, Puerto Rico is certainly not our last. We were so pleased that we booked our unit for 28 days next winter and we booked the next door unit for our son and his little family for 7 days while we will be there so we can share this lovely haven with them. I must add that Millie is an exemplary manager/housekeeper/Aguada Beach Ambassador for tourism. She and Frankie feel like new members of the family. We have spoken to her on the telephone since we have returned home. We miss her already! Thanks! The Hubers /DE

I had an amazing stay at Aguada Beach Condos. The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing visit to Puerto Rico. The condo was clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. We met the property manager, Millie, briefly, and she was absolutely wonderful, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was in order for our stay. You can tell she really cares about the property and the guests. The location was also perfect: peaceful, close to the beach, and conveniently located near restaurants and things to do in the area. Overall, I highly recommend Aguada Beach Condos. I’d definitely stay here again!

I have to say I was a little nervous when I was booking, I did not know the area and when I reached out to someone for instruction she was not in PR she was I believe in California, and came off short, however them I got there and although the instructions emailed to me could have been a little more detailed I figured it out. The place was clean and offered cleaned towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with items needed to cook if needed, I also met the Millie who took care of the premises and she went above and beyond our expectations, she even took us to the grocery store since we did decide not to rent a vehicle she made our stay so memorable that we are already planning our next trip and now feel we are part of the Aguada Beach Condos. Millie thank you so much for watching over us and helping us navigate and stay there. We are forever grateful. If you are looking for a home away from home, look no further than plenty of things to do close by and if you don't have a vehicle there is Uber. I would give this place a 10 out of ten FYI make sure to go to the Panaderia de Gabriela they will not disappoint.

The home was well equipped with anything we may need for a nice beach day! I loved the beach decor/vibe. The pool was nice but could have been a bit cleaner with daily water checks. The last night there the ceiling in the main bedroom was leaking because of rain earlier in the day, we had to sleep in the living room. Overall it was a nice place to stay, right across from the beach with beautiful scenery, I would visit again minus the ceiling leak, things happen!

Our stay at Aguada Beach Resort was outstanding. We loved how clean the apartment was when we arrived. We love that the pool was accessible right from our back door. The roof top was also very nice, my family and I had dinner and watched the sunset from up there and it was beautiful. The only suggestion I would have is to get a more comfortable bed, since we did stay 7 nights the bed itself wasn’t the most comfortable. However over all our stay was amazing!

The property was spotless—truly a 10/10 on cleanliness—and every detail was thoughtfully maintained. I especially want to recognize Mrs. Millie for her outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Her kindness and professionalism made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this property. We definitely will return when we travel back to PR. Mildred, the property caretaker, was so friendly and took care of us like family. She made us feel right at home. The pool was extremely clean. 5 stars!

The view from the rooftop to watch the sunsets was perfection. The condo has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and a swimming pool. There are two rooms with queen size beds. The parking is right in front of the front door and is gated so you feel quite secure. They provide bath towels and beach towels. There is also a gas grill. AC in each room and it circulates very cold air. The location is so convenient to all the beaches and the waterfalls. My partner and I stayed 4 nights and we would go again hands down.

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the condo overall. We liked the location and thought the host and manager had very good communication; everything was as described. However, the property trash cans didn't have lids and the strong odor was offensive, we found dirty/used underwear in the couch, some dishes were dirty, and the shower was sandy.

Winter Escape

Everything was great, the rooftop viewing area is being worked on which didn't diminish the beautiful view of the beach. Aguada was perfect for me, restaurants near by, a short drive to Rincón, Crash Boat Beach and my favorite, local bars and nice people. Milly, the cleaning person is the absolute best! She called to make sure I know about the tsunami warning we had, she actually cared though not part of her job I'm sure. I would definitely come back.

We loved everything about this place! Amazing sunsets. We had the middle condo of the triplex. The pool in the back was great nobody was staying in the other units so we had the whole place to ourselves. I also left my Kelsey box and they were so nice and kind to mail it back to me. I will definitely book with them again.
