Offering a private swimming pool, this holiday home is perfect for those seeking a tranquil retreat close to the sea, while still being near shops and local tavernas.

    Just 2 km from the beach and 1 km from the town centre, this villa allows easy access to the beautiful Lake Preveli and Souda Beach, making it great for day trips and seaside adventures. Restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport are all within 1 km, so convenience is guaranteed during your stay.

    Inside, the home features air conditioning, a fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen. There's also a barbecue, private terrace, garden, and parking space. A TV, stereo unit, and child-friendly amenities like a children's bed make it comfortable for all ages.
