"A spectacular modern apartment overlooking the south coast of the wonderful island of Kefalonia. We had all that you could wish for from this villa. Our host, Nikos, was really welcoming giving us local recommendations, showing us around the villa and gave us 24hr contact info. We even got a gift of local wines and delicacies as a birthday treat. I can not recommend this place highly enough. A great place to stay!"
"No one at front desk—a man arrived but did not speak English; we thought he was a guest but he called someone on his cell phone and handed it to me—a woman spoke with me briefly and then the man showed us to our room. Old refrigerator; door did not close, freezer was full of frost. Very few patrons; good because cheap hollow core doors shut very loudly and marble floors very noisy. "Its a nice property in a quaint village. Had 2 water outages which resulted in marginal water quality. Was told the water pump needed to be replaced. Don't know if this has occured.The TV/stereo was worthless. Nothing worked. Get new stuff that works.The range top hood wasn't even wired to power and had no exhaust duct attached.The linens had so much soap scent to them it was kinda uncomfortable.We contacted the rental agency and got lots of apologies but nothing was ever resolved. We were there for 6 days.If they would get the above issues resolved this would be a very nice place to stay.We loved Kefalonia and this area. Fix your problems owners....."
