The Riad is very beautiful and tranquil. We were greeted as guests in someone’s home and provided a free upgrade without asking. We had help with luggage up stairs. Breakfast was good. The airport shuttle was affordable and prompt.

My friends and I stayed in the family suite for the weekend. We are studying abroad in Rome and it was the perfect weekend getaway. Amazing location as it’s in just a short walk from the square. The staff was very welcoming and provided us the best experience as sometimes we had to leave/enter the riad in the early mornings/late nights, and they accommodated our requests perfectly. Such a beautiful place and amazing people. Highly recommend to anyone.

Original room was outdated and felt like a 3star. I returned back to the hotel on the tour and the room was better but air cond was limited and beds were comfortable. Some communication issues with staff. Breakfast was great, gym had adequate, new machines. Limited food options.
