Beautiful classic hotel! Breakfast was pretty good! One thing that stands out are the staff, all of them were fantastic! I would definitely come back and stay here again. Plus, bonus the view of the majestic Matterhorn all the time and especially when you wake up! Thank you so much for giving me and my sister a wonderful stay! For the beautiful people of Hotel Monte Rosa, you guys rock!

We reserved a Matterhorn view with extra price for the stay in May. Our room was on the first floor with partial view of Matterhorn and not much privacy which was somewhat disappointing.
The hotel was quiet overall but the lights switches were very confusing.
We asked for a train station pick up but they asked us to call even though we told them we didn’t have a phone number.
