Friendly staff, clean room and quiet. Just disappointed that they don’t have room service anymore.

Overall we had a perfect stay. The hotel's own pool and beach area are undergoing maintenance at the moment. The hotel is off the main drag but provides transport to Guam Premier Outlets. I would look into adding a Tumor shuttle if I was management.

Great place and very spacious room. Our only issue was that water leaked out of the shower making the floor wet. The thermostat directions didn’t match the thermostat in our room. Staff was super friendly and the lobby was beautiful. Wonderful pools with lots of chairs to sit in. I would definitely come to this hotel again when we come to Guam. Hotel Nikko Guam will be one of our favorite hotels in Guam. The Gun Beach, Facilities, Amenities, Warm and Friendly services of staffs are wonderful! Nice place to stay to relax and enjoy. They have Water server in which is convenient as well. The room is so wide and elegantly designed. Thank you Expedia & Hotel Nikko Guam!

It was a fine hotel but we had to go through a ton of trouble to get our rooms cleaned and new towels. Like hours and constantly having to call the frontdesk. We finally just started throwing all of our towels in the hallway and they were fine with that, they stayed there for a while.
