The staff was very welcoming and helpful when I needed directions. The hotel itself self was amazing, clean, and up-to-date. I will choose Radisson Blu every time."

"Excellent stay for the money... We spent the day in Rochester for a mayo clinic visit and then drove up to minneapolis for a flight out of MSP... Stayed at the Fairfield overnight.. Visited the Mall of America, which was only 10 minutes away. Breakfast at the Fairfield was good and there was free parking... All in all a very good experience.. Highly recommended."

"I arrived having a reservation but was told they had no rooms. I had to go to another hotel. Lobby was dirty, looks like it is a homeless shelter."
