This property was located right on the lake and provided gorgeous views of the water. We loved having the dock to keep our boat at, and there were paddleboards and a lily pad for us to use as well. The house is nicely decorated and had plenty of room for our family of 6 plus our pup. The kitchen had what we needed to cook our meals which we enjoyed at the large dining table. The weather was quite warm while we were there, but we still found a couple of opportunities to use the hot tub. It was very relaxing!Gloria was great at communicating with us throughout the process.

Perfect getaway

We went for a 3 night getaway. The house was perfect. It had everything we needed for meals, view was beautiful, the hot tub was an added bonus. The dock was easy to access and had chairs.

Perfect lake getaway!

This was the perfect lake getaway for our family of four. The house was clean and well supplied in every area. We enjoyed spending time on the dock and using the paddle boards. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Such a great place - we would definitely come back!!

Great Vacation Rental

We had a wonderful time! Gloria had the home clean and stocked with LOTS of items including plenty of towels, seasonings, kitchen items even ziplock bags, foil, etc. I was pleasantly surprised. We really enjoyed fishing, swimming, and relaxing!

Beautiful Property

House was beautiful and clean, decor is fun! Amazing lake view from the living room and deck - great to sip your early morning coffee from. Kitchen was furnished with all the things needed from two types of coffee makers, pans, cooking and dining utensils, as well as bathrooms stocked with plenty of linens. Definitely an A+ in my books!!

Cozy Stay in Awesome Cove!

This was our second summer stay and we love it because it has everything we need and a perfect location! We tow our boat from Kansas and the dock with slip at the property makes it very convenient. The house is lovely, it’s very clean and tastefully decorated! Comfortable beds and stocked with all of the amenities needed. Cold A/C that is very quiet. If the location and size is what you’re looking for just book it! You will not be disappointed :)

The home was welcoming & clean - provided a nice space for a reunion of 7. The horrific weather & resultant internet outage were no fault of the owner, but still frustrating in duration. The closet space was limited & further diminished by use for storage of paint cans…I’d rent it again but for fewer people.

Grad Lake Family getaway 2024

We enjoyed our stay. The rental was very updated, clean, and smelled so good when we walked in. Everyone said their beds and pillows were comfortable. The AC and ceiling fans in the rental were amazing at keeping it cool inside . Had everything we needed to cook our meals in the kitchen. The new hot tub was a fun thing for my daughters. The view of the water in the cove was beautiful from the house and the deck, and the dock was great for swimming and relaxing.

Really great cove

The place was really nice. Great neighborhood. Host was really available and accommodating. Modern/Updated. Great views. We boated around from Scissortail, anchored and swam in the cove. Very protected cove. Follow the host's directions, not your GPS 😊! She's right about the low road! And don't go down and around the hairpin either...as my GPS first suggested.

Loved this place! My wife and I stayed here 4 nights with our two 20ish kids and their 2 friends. We used the hot tub every day which was very nice. It was great to have the dock to swim off of and the houses location is great. The kitchen has everything you need and we only ate out twice. Highly recommend!

Beautiful vacation home! Very nice hot tub. We enjoyed our three night stay, with our border collies! Grateful for the accommodations! Wheelchair access would be very challenging, many steps/stairs. An extra wide baby gate on deck would also be necessary due to larger than normal baluster gaps on double stairway end of porch, of course there is no substitute for adult supervision.
