"An Absolute Paradise with an Amazing Community!This isolated cabin was the perfect peaceful getaway. The location is incredibly calm, and you can hear the stream running just a few yards away. At night, thousands of fireflies lit up the woods like Christmas lights! It was also the first time we let our dog, Jasper, explore off-leash. He was so happy running around the massive 10-acre property. The cabin itself was spotless and fully equipped with plenty of utensils for a comfortable stay.Beyond the property, the nearby town is charming and very small. The local people are incredibly welcoming, kind, and always greet you with a warm smile. We felt right at home and cannot recommend this slice of paradise enough!"

"We have family in Norwich, so we were very glad to see this hotel was reopened after being closed for a long time. We gave it a try and it was fine. The restaurant is still closed, but the hotel has undergone somewhat of an upgrade in the lobby area and in the rooms. It is not a luxury property but it is fine for visiting family in the area and the price is right. There was a bit of confusion when I checked in concerning our bill, but the staff took care of it promptly and efficiently. I would recommend this hotel."

"For the most part, the entire property was clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was the carpet in our room was very sticky and the couch was filthy. The set up of the room is excellent, but we couldn’t believe how dirty it was. We even found four shards of broken glass on the carpet that looked like they may have come from a broken beer bottle."

"Very calm, nicely priced place. Very rural, so in my big city opinion it’s more like a place to stay the night and relax indoors or on the little porch/balcony area. Staff is prompt and communicative. Right by the highway. Nearest bigger town (Binghamton) and nearest activities (parks and rivers) are all about a 20min drive away. The place has a TV, mini fridge, stuff like that."

"Staff friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location to stores and gas stations. Easy to get to the interstate. Had good cable channels. Air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable for me. Nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room. Shower water temp was good as well. Parking is fine, but don't come back late cause you'll have to park far and walk. I got back from a graduation party late and had to walk a ways. I believe I had stayed here before and I wasn't impressed way back then, but now it's much better and the price was reasonable for 2 nights. I would stay again."
