9/10 Wonderful! (310 reviews)
It was a good hotel to stay at, and the location is great! However, I do have to mention that on my first day, the towels left in my room were dirty. When I requested a clean towel, it took forever to arrive (at least 60 minutes). I eventually ended up showering with the dirty towel, which was very disappointing.
The breakfast is definitely worth it, so my advice would be to include it in your booking! The rooms are small but comfortable and perfectly fine for a short stay.
As for bathroom amenities, the hotel only provides a 3-in-1 body wash and body lotion, so plan accordingly. There are no shower caps, cotton balls, or other basic toiletries provided.
Overall, the location is excellent and the breakfast is a plus, but the housekeeping and towel service could definitely be improved.

"Lovely stay, clean room, enjoyed access to spa morning and evening. Room is minimal but nicely designed, some of the lighting buttons were confusing and one button was slightly faulty. Room would be improved with some coat hooks within the lobby area (stayed in Ando room with spacious lobby), or ..."
