"Spacious 3 bedroom villa with great air conditioning in bedrooms, wonderful deck and plunge pool. Handy to have washing machine. Close to good restaurants. Welcome guide would be helpful or more communication with host / front desk re garbage etc. We had no mosquitoes and sat outside at dusk and in the evenings. Wonderful stay!"

"This is one of the most unique properties we have ever stayed in. Snuggled against the lush mountain side with a spectacular view of the lagoon, the Vanira Lodge is a must if in the Teahupoo area. We stayed here in 2015 and it was magical. We were so excited to be back and it was just as magical as the first time. Merci!"

"The Teahupo’o surf break is basically directly out front (off-shore at the reef, of course) but water taxis are right at the shore by the front gate of pension so the location could not be better from that POV. It’s a short walk (5 minutes) on a nice beach path from the Teahupo’o photo wave spot and Olympic rings, or you can drive to the pension and park but only if you’ve got a vehicle capable of river-crossing - so that adds to the charm of the place as well. "Owner was helpful and recommended places to eat or buy food and places to explore in the area"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Fare Arihau Vairoo. The room was lovely and comfortable. Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming and took care of us as though we were family. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. All the food was prepared by our host from local ingredients mostly grown in their own garden. All the food was exceptional and the service, some from our hosts little girls, was delightful."

"Great location and value for money. "

"Bon séjour dans le lodge, merci à Eva pour sa disponibilité"

"Very nice staff"

"Beautiful and unique little Hotel. We loved our stay."

"Great host. Beach ascent easy walk to beach. Great snorkeling right off the beach. "

"This is a fantastic property to stay, everything you would need and more. Location to beach exceptional and host a delight to deal with. Even without a car you can easily get around by local bus service but the spot is so great you dont need to go anywhere."

"Our visit to Henri’s home in Papeete was really nice. There are lots of places to rest and relax and our group enjoyed our day there immensely. The home met our needs perfectly. Henri communicates very well and assisted us in our planning. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay there!"

"Best place on the island of Tahiti! If you love snorkeling, the reefs are directly below with private water entrance. Garden and infinity pool is amazing. Full kitchen and grill on the patio. Sunsets in the evening on the patio. Henri is a superb host — very responsive and gracious. "
