「Kosta Palace was a great place to stay. Close to every thing. I would stay here again.」

「Worst things first: somehow the Hotel finds it acceptable to blast pounding clubbing music later into the night on the beach right outside the room . I had to beg four times before they agreed to turn the music down close to 11 PM. Simply unacceptable. Secondly the restaurant food is poor unexciting an over priced. Third the layout of the rooms is poor. Light switches far away from everything and sockets in inconvenient locations. Finally except for the beach there’s absolutely nothing around...

「Staff were super friendly and polite. The room is cute with a big bathroom but had no ventilation. There were windows but it kind of made the room smell musty. Other than that, the breakfast was amazing and this hotel is in the heart of Chania so easy to get around everywhere by foot.」

「建物はだいぶ年季が入っている感じですが、三つ星でありながら金庫もついていましたし、スリッパも用意されていました。リクエストしておいたとおりにバスタブ付きの部屋でしたが、栓が故障しておりそのままだとお湯を溜めることができませんでした（携帯式の栓を持っていたので、それで何とかなりましたが）。 町中まで徒歩10分位で行けますし、良いホテルだと思います。」

「I’ve stayed here multiple times. It’s always been clean, amazing friendly staff and always helpful. I love that it is right in town and walkable distance to all shops and restaurants. Short drive to the airport and just a short drive to some amazing beaches.」

「Property was very well maintained as well as the rooms. All meals were very well presented and excellent in taste.」

「This property was probably stunning the day it opened. Unfortunately they have not kept up with maintenance, and so it is looking quite dated and feels a bit dirty even though there was nothing wrong with housekeeping. On the plus side, the pools were very well looked after by the pool team, the staff is exceptionally friendly. Great location, but don't recommend the buffet...」

「Staff were all so sweet, location 10/10, pool was super clean and so nice to lay by, rooms very clean. Food at the pool was actually great (the platter for 2 was our go to) The pool waiter and waitress were incredible, so attentive. The lovely lady made our iced coffee every morning <3 Front desk attendants so sweet and helpful Walkable to scorpios by beach and other beach clubs. Bus stop right infront! Would 100% come back I miss it already!」

「Semi good location, quiet , the property is nice , the rooms needed some upgrade but they solved the issues in our room right away. The view is amazing and the breakfast is well appreciated. The cook and server at the breakast area were amazing so attentive and worked really hard to keep up with demand, The walk to the town si quite interesting, not long, but kind of dangerous, Since there is a lot of cars and bikes and no side walk, definetely dont do it in the middle of the night , so much...
