INSIDE THE HOME
Sunset Shores: This 2 BR 1.5 Bath home offers everything you need for the perfect Lake Michigan Vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked and open to the living area which features double sliders to the deck. This home is tastefully decorated and the perfect spot to take in a beautiful Lake Michigan sunset!

OUTSIDE
Tucked in a quiet wooded neighborhood, you will feel like you entered paradise as you drive through rolling sand dunes and the private manmade lakes on either side of the road. Lake Michigan views abound as well as endless fun walking the shores and splashing in the waves. The beach is accessible via newly constructed stairs leading to the association beach area which is just a short walk from the house.

*Please note that Lake Michigan water levels are ever-changing, beach size can vary from day-to-day.

The deck is the perfect place to end your night with dinner on the grill watching the sunset over the lake.

Parking: The driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles.

This home sleeps 6. All bed linens and bath linens are provided.

THE LOCATION
Located in Norton Shores, less than 5 miles from downtown Muskegon- the new and upcoming downtown area with plenty of bar and restaurant options, you will not be at a loss for fun! Pere Marquette Beach and Lighthouse are nearby with a beautiful boardwalk and area parks. A short drive north brings you to Northern Michigan destinations like Silver Lake, Pentwater, and Ludington. A 10-mile drive south you will find highly acclaimed Grand Haven, a fun beach community with shopping, restaurants, splash pads, marinas, and a beautiful boardwalk to the Grand Haven Pier. There is no shortage of beauty and things to do here!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

We make it stress-free to stay with us! You'll receive a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soaps, and hotel-quality towels and linens to get your vacation off on the right foot. Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We'll send you all the information you need including directions, lockbox codes, and instructions so you'll be ready to rest, relax and rejuvenate!

All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy.

Please note that all guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making their reservation. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation. Thank you for your cooperation!
