We have a beautiful reserve opposite the property with a creek, abundance of birds and plenty of space for a picnic, gentle walks or letting your fur babies have a run.

Our property is easily accessible and there are plenty of all day free parking options out the front along Aroha Terrace. We also provide enclosed off street parking if you prefer.

Minusha is walking distance from the tram & train which makes a trip to the city, hills or beach quick and easy.

Minusha is an urban retreat. Its leafy surroundings and convenient transport comes with city-fringe noise. You may hear a gentle hum of the nearby tram and the occasional train.
