An ENTIRE 3-bedroom home in the heart of Unley, just moments from vibrant cafes, boutique shops, and parks on Unley and King William Roads. Perfect for families, business trips, or weekend getaways, this beautifully styled home features two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and an inviting outdoor space. Conveniently located near public transport, with a tram stop on King William Road for easy access to Adelaide CBD or Glenelg Beach. Comfort and charm await!

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
