Liked: Cleanliness
Convenient location in Bole, though loud. Has a gym, which most hotels at this price point and in this neighborhood do not. The property is a bit older but had a suite with balcony and fridge. Did not include some helpful amenities like bottled water and mugs for the kettle. WiFi was spotty but worked well when it worked. Of note, DOES NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS MADE ON EXPEDIA, so I had to make a very expensive call to call Expedia to get a refund. Also of note, credit card machine not always working, and in fact front desk had to call the bank to make things work. Staff very kind, and I felt safe as a single woman in the hotel.
Stayed 7 nights in Feb 2019
