Great little new place not far from the Airport. Staff was super helpful and could accommodate all my needs. ATM not to far away, amazing rooftop and clean rooms.

Cozy escape in Addis

We loved Afro Addis so much the first time we stayed there that it was the first place we booked on our second trip to Ethiopia. It is nestled in a wonderful neighborhood that is away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. It has one of the friendliest and most helpful staff, they go above and beyond to help make the stay comfortable. I can’t say enough good things, the staff are amazing, the food is excellent, and the view from the balcony overlooking the neighborhood is one of our favorites. We will definitely go back for a third trip!

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス
The staff at AfroAdiss was very kind and helpful throughout my long stay. The owner was kind enough to move me when there was a problem with my first room and even upgraded me. The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel is in a very residential area, which has its perks, but it is quite far from the city center - most nightlife and restaurants. If you're looking for a low-key place to stay with few tourists, this is for you.

Budget Hotel

The hotel is in the midst of a residential area far away from the center. The reception desk as well as the manager are very nice and pleasant people. The rooms are clean. The restaurant is only open until 8 pm; otherwise the food I ate is good (National Ethiopian dish-Shiro). The room rate is very reasonable for the service provided.

Nice little hotel with great price far from center

Afroaddis has the best staff, starting from hotel manager. They try hard to accommodate your needs and help you with everything such as taxis, sights to see etc. The hotel is clean for the most part, housekeeping needs to step it up a notch in the rooms. There is a small restaurant with a small menu, if you are hungry, you will find food. The location is a bit far from city center, in a residential area. You will probably pay 400 to 500 Birrh, about 18 USD (round trip) for taxi to take you to city.

Nice hotel it's just the location.

It was nice to meet new people and know about the culture plus trying new food and enjoyed the coffee ceremony when I left the hotel.

The staff, especially the manager Biniyam, was excellent, but just know this hotel is in a more secluded area of Addis.

Great accommodation! Great staff! New facilities!

This place is actually like living in an apartment. The facilities are very new (less than 3 months). The mangement and staff are extremely nice and accommodating. Airport pickup was flawless. Whatever you need, they will work with you to make it happen. Just tell them how they can make your stay better and they will try to help you. The management and staff truly understand customer service. This place is truly a gem in the rough. When I come back to Addis, this AfroAddis Hotel Apartment will be my first stop.

New hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, upgraded me to a suite free of charge, very secure, a bit far from center of city, but the hotel offers a private driver for a good fare or rental car, overall great hotel and staff, excellent hotel for price paid..
