「Loved it so much we already plan to come back. Everyone so friendly and kind and helpful, best service with smile and always happy to help. The grounds are perfect, with space to chill and direct access to the beach with thermal water. Breakfast delicious, room very nice with sea view. A bit noisy from the port but we did not mind it. It was so beautiful to watch the vulcano above us. Eros made us to fall in love with this place.」
「The property is very cute and the breakfast is great each morning! However, there are many parts of the hotel that were under construction, either being built or fixed. The hottub was empty sitting by my room, so unable to use that. There were also no staff in the afternoons or evenings when I was there, so I could not enjoy the bar aspect of the outdoor dining area. Owner was responsive and said he was having trouble with afternoon staff. Location is convenient to central Vulcano and various...

「It's hard to describe this hotel is like stepping into the 70s with so much charm. The restaurant was lovely for dinner watching the sunset. Breakfast was ok, a good choice of options. Walk to town was easy down driveway across volcanic rock beach and up a street on otherside, Then was quite flat to get around town centre. Water off the hotel is amazing, and pool warm and lovely. Rooms are definitely older style but space was good. We will be back, loved it with all of its quirks!」
