"Spinneweben an der Decke , Geschirr dreckig , Außenmöbel so dreckig das man sich nicht drauf setzen konnte , Müll vom Vorgänger im Mülleimer . Haben direkt den Vermieter kontaktiert der auch zeitnah kam und ein paar Spuren beseitigte . Küche ist auch nicht voll ausgestattet wie beschrieben . Außenbereich ist ungepflegt . "

Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Ein Problem wurde innerhalb eines Tages gelöst und auch sonst konnte man jede Frage direkt an die Gastgeberin stellen. Eine Mappe mit Informationen und den häufigsten Fragen zur Wohnung, Regelung Check out, Müll usw. würden das ggf. etwas abfangen. "Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut, bis auf ein fehlendes Radio ( eine APP kann man nicht von jedem erwarten ).Die Isolierung ließ zu Wünschen übrig, gerade bei der Lage direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Durchgangsstraße.(Wecken um ca. 04:45 durch LKW - Lärm kam vor )"

"Brilliant hotel. It's the second time I have stayed there. Always a pleasure! The breakfast was amazing! Great mini bar. I did not have time to try the pool in the end, as I went to Vita Sol. Next time! The first receptionist was lovely, very welcoming. The second one was not so good, but all in all 10 out of 10. The hotel could do with a slight revamp as it's showing its age, worn carpets etc. But still a great hotel Great view from the balcony. Near to the Kurpark & Vita Sol. Pretty amazing really. The staff all work hard Can't wait to go again!"

"The receptionist, Yvonne, was the best I have ever encountered. She was bending over backwards to help, and as I witnessed, not just to me and my disabled wife, but to every guest who came in. This superb help made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. In addition, the breakfast was also very good with a wonderful variety of options."
