"The apartment itself was great, well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. Everything else was a nightmare. Online check-in didn't work. When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. During my stay, there was deafening construction noise at all hours...

"We had a great time at the house. The fireplace made us filing home. The view was fantastic. We spend most of our days skiing in winterberg which is just 40 minutes drive away. If we have a chance we will come back again."

"Wir waren mit 7 Mann in Dodenau zum Wandern. Nicht nur das Wetter und die Wanderstrecken waren perfekt dafür, sondern auch das Ferienhaus, das geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet ist. Es ist nicht selbstverständlich, dass nahezu alles in Küche und Bädern vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand ist. Also etwa scharfe Messer und gescheite Töpfe in der Küche, alle wichtigen Küchengeräte, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Geschirrtücher, Zewa, Toiletten-Papier etc. Ebenso wenig waren die Matratzen durchgelegen....

"Emma & Otto's home is very warm, welcoming and extremely clean and well appointed. The home is updated with modern appliances and comfortable furniture. My family and I stayed for 6 nights and were extremely pleased with our accommodations. The check-in/check-out process was easy and well-communicated. "A beautiful, wonderful property in a magical small town. Spotless, comfortable, spacious and historically interesting. Highly recommended!!! Thank you!!! Only thing that could have made it even better would be provision of a few basics like coffee, shampoo and wood for the wood-burning stove :-)"

"Die FeWo ist etwas exzentrisch: Wendeltreppe zur Eingangstür, viele niedrige Decken-Schrägen. Aber genau das macht zusammen mit vielen Licht und dem Gefühl in einem Wintergarten zu wohnen deren Charme aus. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt vier EnBW Schnelllaldesäulen in Fussreichweite was für uns als E-Autobesitzer alles sehr vereinfacht hat. Die Wohnung liegt tatsächlich im Grünen obwohl der Ort selber eine Industriestadt ist. Die Wanderwege beginnen direkt hinter dem Haus...
