Very cute hotel and very friendly helpful reception staff - one woman who seems to run the place.
It is a no nonsense place but has the basics including a little fridge.
Location is a bonus: just far off enough off two main streets to be quiet.

Very nice hotel. Conveniently located to tourist landmarks. The concierge Mark and the second Mark were extremely helpful. If we are ever in Madrid again we will certainly stay there.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation in a great location. The rooms are stunning and the staff were excellent and really added to the overall experience.
The location itself is also fantastic and being meters away from a metro makes exploring Madrid by train easy while still being walkable from the centre of the city if you prefer.
Thoroughly recommend and I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Madrid.

"It is a 1000 year old building, the host treated us wonderfully and we had a great chat in the bar. Much different than all the corporate owned hotels we stayed earlier in the week. There is a thermo springs a few blocks away."
