The home was sparkling clean, and anything we couldn't find was promptly provided. Any questions to the host were replied to almost immediately. The housekeeper kept the children entertained by folding the towels into a different design or animal each day (swans, turtles, etc) and it was a perfect place to meet up with friends for several days of meetings and connections. The view of the bay is absolutely incredible, and it suited our needs perfectly. We would love to return someday!

Having a cooking and cleaning crew is a game-changer for any house booking!! Vicky and Minerva are sooo nice and attentive and their cooking is truly next level. I grew up in Mexico and know what good cooking taste like, this is it. A few more noteworthy comments: - House has a very nice view, not so much from the pool but still great - AC in the rooms works great - Pool size is on the smaller side but still so refreshing and great for kids since it’s a bit shallow - Lots of stairs to go in and out of the house. Not a big deal unless you bring someone elderly or with mobility problems - If you’re driving, the entrance to the garage is kinda sketchy if you’re coming from Punta diamante, but that’s an issue for all hotels and restaurants in that area. On the other hand, location is great since you’re pretty much in between Punta Diamante and Zona Hotelera. - House comes with a regular sized fridge and a Huge commercial fridge, which was great to store all the refreshments be bought at the store

Apart from the view and the extensive outdoor space I feel like the staff is what made our stay truly memorable. Minerva and Vicky, took such good care of us going well above our expectations. The food they prepared was fresh and absolutely delicious. They kept our place very clean and added little personal touches. Unfortunately while we were there there was some unexpected construction going on that did cause some inconvenience and nuisance to us and we were not aware that the owner had a unit above us although they were not there during our stay. All that being said our overall experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This was a fantastic stay for us Americans! The house is perched up on top of the mountain, so you get spectacular views of the city - I definitely recommend sunrise and sunset views. The Senoras of the house were incredibly warm and friendly and made the best authentic Mexican breakfast around (picaditas, chiliquilies, juevos rancheros, etc). My friends and I REALLY loved this entire experience, people were incredibly friendly and helpful. The certified taxis (the one's with the numbers on them) were safe, easy, and inexpensive to take as well (be sure to confirm price before jumping in). I can't tell you enough how great Acapulco and the Senora's were. 100% recommend!

I contacted Alejandro explaining a family emergency and our need for a quiet place to visit and gather our local family. He was very accommodating and helpful but that is just where it starts. The house has a fantastic view and though I was concerned about how close we were to a major road the place was quiet and provided a perfect place for our family to be with our ailing mother. She was so happy to have the family all in one place and it was the perfect setting. Minerva and Vicky, I can’t say enough good things about them. The house was always clean and the meals she cooked were wonderful, and they were both so kind to our mother and all of us. Thank you to all for making our stay so special. If you are looking for a perfect place to stay, stop looking, you have found it.

From the booking to our stay Mr. Monroy was an amazing host. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. The house view is breathtaking. You can spend the whole day inside the house without getting bored. The property was clean and it accommodated everyone. It is very spacious. The shuttle company Mr. Monroy arranged for us were excellent. They were extremely professional. Ms. Vicky was super friendly and very efficient. I will definitely recommend this property for anyone that is looking for a peaceful getaway.

We felt right at home, the ladies at the house were amazing, they took care off all our needs, delicious food prepared fresh every day, our rooms got clean everyday, they would do little cute figures with our towels and leaved them on our beds, we felt really appreciated and special.

Where does one even begin to describe the over abundance of satisfaction my family and experienced? To start, my initial contact w Alex was beyond pleasant. He made all the necessary arrangements to make sure we had access to the villa as well as food and drinks for our late arrival. And the arrival was just jaw dropping. The villa itself is a true statement of the beauty that is Acapulco. It accommodated my large family and also was comfortable for our friends that stopped by to visit. Mini and Vicky (cook and housekeeper) were true gems. They made sure that our meals were taken care of and all our rooms were up to par. My mother truly enjoyed getting to know them. The views are truly one of a kind. Just breathtaking. We cannot wait for our next visit. Thank you Alex.

What’s not to love? Beautiful home, incredible view, wonderful cook.... paradise. There are a lot of steps, so if that would be a problem, please take that into consideration. Minerva is an amazing cook and very sweet. Since it was just two of us for several days, she also cleaned and even did our laundry. Alex, the owner, stopped in as well and was welcoming and helpful. I hope to return.

The house is beautifull with amazing views of Acapulco❤️ Space was just right for the family and the pool was alot of fun and well needed. The only uninvited thing were the misquitos🤨. You need to have mosquito repelant because the house is open so u cant avoid them. We would recommend the house to friends and family and hope to come back soon! We stayed here for my Son's wedding in March. We travelled from England so was tired in arrival. When we arrived Alex was there to meet us at 11.30pm with food and drink in that we had ordered beforehand. We were a party of seven and made to feel very welcome by him. The view was absolutely spectacular and took our breathes away. The villa is lovely, comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the table tennis. The staff were very attentive and would do anything to help us and also cooked fabulous food. The wifi was great too!! Would highly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!!
