Very convenient to Kanazawa Station and other points of interest. Very clean with a lot of new items. The staff was very helpful with anything I needed, even spoke English!

Nous avons passe 2 nuits dans ce superbe hôtel moderne, neuf et chaleureux! Nous avions un lit king (très rare au Japon). Les produits dans la salle de bain sentent super bon. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel. Les onsens sont très propre et beau aussi!

Bien situé, à côté d'une entrée de Métro, tout près du château d'Osaka. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Although the Hotel Intergate Kanazawa is in a busy part of town, the hotel itself is located in a quiet alley off the main drag. We found check in to be somewhat rushed and impersonal, as we were ushered immediately to a kiosk where it was required we check in electronically. Staff here seemed harried and did not offer the personal touch and care we received at our hotel in Tokyo. That being said, the hotel offers an incredible number of complimentary, excellent quality food and drink throughout the day. Perhaps this is the reason there were so many Western tourists staying here, some who seemed to take "advantage" of the free stuff. Perhaps that grasping attitude is the reason staff seemed a bit impatient with tourists. Our room, which was a superior twin, was large and well-appointed. We loved the separate toilet/shower rooms, and the sink outside those spaces. The "onsen" on the second floor is a great amenity! Overall, we loved our three -night stay here, but wished the staff had been more accommodating. Kanazawa is lovely, but we found it overrun with tourists when we visited around the third week in April (past sakura time). As with any popular tourist destination, one can find wonderful hidden gems that tourists don't know about. Look for those!

We were lucky enough to have the private hot tub, and it had a view of the city, which was lovely. The staff spoke English. The grounds were very clean. The room was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was close enough to everything.
