"Overall, great stay. Be aware the hotel is at the start of the long stairs/steep hill. After you get off a taxi, you will have to climb a short steep stairs. I was on the top floor without any elevator and it was a struggle to climb with a big suitcase (I am a fit person, and luckily a kind guest helped me carrying it to the top floor.) so this is not a place if you aren’t mobile. The hotel description mentions "Laundry Facilities", which it does not have. It has a "Laundry Service" where you give them your clothes and they wash them for a fee. "I enjoyed a one night stay at this hotel. I was immediately struck by the friendliness of the lady on reception who I suspect was the owner. Nothing was too much trouble. My room, though compact, was totally adequate and there was nothing 'missing' in either the bedroom or in the bathroom. In fact, everything was of a high quality and there was a very nice little extra in the form of artisan made chocolates. Delicious!! In short, I hope I can return one day as I enjoyed my 24 hours in this lovely village and I know where I will be staying! "
