The lady at the counter said I haven't paid yet though I did online prior to arrival. I asked her so many times to check to make sure that it is unpaid. She was annoyed and said "don't you see? I'm busy. I'll do it later" (in French, which I speak well). After 5 hours she called me up to come down with the credit card that I made a payment. Yeah, it was paid, so I did make a payment twice! I sat in front of her with my card in a hand. The first thing she said was not even a word of apology! She said "oh I'm tired." It finally took more than a day to get my money back due to whatever the problem they had. Worst experience ever.
The pictures do not reflect reality on the ground. room had a foul odor. no bellman to carry luggage upstairs. spraying room with disinfectant spray did not help with odor so ended up switching hotels
