Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. Thanks for a great stay!

Possibly the best quality apartment in Aberystwyth

We stopped in Aberystwyth for a night and wish we've booked for longer when we realized how good this property was. Talk about an change from the norm! Having stayed in town before, we were not overly keen on staying on the beach again, but the kids like it, so I we took a gamble on Ty Belgrave House... the gamble paid off. Loads of room, superb condition, perfectly located, everything you need with a family and would be suitable for a week or two stay. The only downside was parking, it doesn't have any, but we used the road overnight and moved the car during the day and were fine.

Booked a 3 bed flat and was charged for a 3 bed flat. Instead of getting what we had booked we had to move every night from a 2 bed flat to a studio flat and back to another 2 bed flat (there was 4 of us). Instead of offering an compensation they just said that it was my fault.
