「There were no microwave oven and enough crockeries for 6 people. Shower were too hot and shower regulator did not work properly. Also no carpet in bath to wipe feet.」

「slight hiccup on arrival and totally my own fault not checking email for getting into the property, i thought as the caravan was on a holiday site that everyone dealt with the main reception of the holiday site , the person on reception was very rude and basically unprofessional and probably needs to change career path,besides that once we got sorted with the assistance from the owner of the caravan we enjoyed our day and appreciate the owner went above and beyond to get us sorted .」
