"While the staff was kind and helpful, in addition to the location and room views being wonderful, our two-night weekend stay was hindered by several significant maintenance and quality control issues. The elevators were out of service for most of our visit, and within our room, multiple light fixtures were not working and the light blanket beneath the heavy comforter was of poor quality. Most concerningly, we found unacceptable blood stains on the towels, suggesting a need for a rigorous housekeeping audit. As guests who do not drink coffee, we appreciated receiving vouchers for complimentary tea; however, the café selection was too minimal to be utilized. We were disappointed that these vouchers could not be applied toward the Matcha teas at the on-site Starbucks. While we usually enjoy the Westin brand, this specific property requires better attention to detail to meet the expected standard of hospitality."
