"Everything was in line with the price point. The AC was cold, it felt safe, and it was priced right. Maintenance doesn’t appear to be a high priority. If you need luxury, new carpets, a real workout room, or anything more than a bed, this isn’t for you. I was disappointed that the breakfast was visibly burnt, fruit wasn’t close to ripe, and it was really limited in condiments like ketchup. "

"I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix - Tempe. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My room was clean and well maintained, and I appreciated how comfortable everything felt. I also used the gym during my stay, and it was nice to see that fresh towels were readily available. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and the level of service provided. I would definitely plan to return the next time I visit Arizona."

"Fairfield Inn/Suites is top notch for the price, and conveniently located walking distance to everything. Shopping mall, Better Buzz coffee (a must stop in) and only 6 miles from the airport. The breakfast is hot and delicious with great options for everyone, the outdoor pool and patio area was relaxing and there was live music Friday night. The bartender Chris is amazing, so fun and very friendly. Bonus: we arrived much earlier than check-in (8am) and the young lady at front desk was able to get us a room right away. We will be returning"

"This is our fourth stay at Tempe Oasis. We continue to come back because we love it. The rooms are updated and well equipped. The pool and hot tub and well maintained and beautiful with plenty of seating. The game room is great for families. We spent multiple evenings playing pool, air hockey, corn hole, etc. The gym has enough equipment to get a decent workout. Proximity to ASU is perfect."

"The staff was very helpful and I was able to get early check-in without any trouble. They provided me with coupons for a free smoothie, coffee and drink for each day I was staying. The hotel was clean and close to everything."

"Room was decent and staff was nice. Breakfast wasnt really edible. Rooftop bar was closed but the view was great and it was a nice spot to relax. "

"Pros: Good price. Convenient location. Cons: very noisy. The walls are thin. You can hear the guests and the tv in the next room. The worst is that The hotel is next to the freeway and windows are not soundproof. You can hear all of the traffic driving both on the street and the freeway. You can hear cars driving in the parking lot. You will definitely need ear plugs to sleep if you are a light sleeper."

"The hotel had a horrible smell downstairs—so bad that housekeeping was overheard commenting on it. In our room, my boyfriend turned on a lamp and was shocked by dparking popping lamp became dizzy which was very concerning. We alerted the front desk in the early am around 5:45 ; the agent was concerned but was leaving for the day and said she would leave a message for maintenance/management to address it before we used the power again. No one ever came, even though we had a 1 PM late checkout. Getting ready without power was not ideal. The room itself also had a very bad odor, to the point that we had to buy air freshener. While I will say the water pressure and hot water were some of the best I’ve had in a hotel in a long time, that alone is not enough to make me want to return given the safety concerns, smells, and lack of follow‑through."
