"Amazing Stay with a Stunning View of the Pyramids!
I found this hotel while searching for a place with a close-up view of the pyramids, and it did not disappoint! The location is perfect — you can see the pyramids right from the terrace, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. I could’ve stayed there for hours just watching.
The room was a bit old, but very clean and well maintained. What really made my stay special was the staff. Kamal (working on the terrace) and Samy at the front desk were both incredibly kind and gave me great advice about staying safe, especially as a solo female traveler. Their kindness really made me feel at ease. Other staff members were also friendly and professional.
I also appreciated the free airport pickup — they responded right away when I contacted them in advance to confirm, and it was truly free.
As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and comfortable as soon as I entered the hotel. Staying here really made my trip to Egypt unforgettable. Highly recommend!"
"The lobby is full of bad smell of Tabasco as the cafe on the floor allows smoking. The second floor of restaois also smelly. Staffs are not trained well. I do not recommend this hotel.
