「Beautiful hotel, our room was spacious, well equipped and kept beautifully clean. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. The staff at the hotel are so lovely and can’t do enough for you. We had a suite with a private jacuzzi bath on our balcony which overlooks the pool and it was a lovely addition. 「We stayed at The Bay Hotel & Suites with two young children and unfortunately our experience fell well below expectations. We booked a Senior Suite with Garden View based on the description and photographs advertised, but the initial room was materially different and raised genuine safety concerns.
