「Schöner Resort umgeben vom Golfplatz. Restaurant mit Balkon auf den Golfplatz. Essen war top und der Service sehr freundlich und herzlich. Leider hat es mit dem Wunsch nach zwei Einzelbetten nicht geklappt (Reinigungs-Personal schon im Feierabend). Wir waren dort für eine Nacht.」

「The unit was spotless and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Just check the bottle opener - bad quality and not in working order. Also the cushions on the bed needs to be repalced.」

「We loved our stay at La Villa Retreat! Everything from the way we were greeted with a wine tasting our first night, to the beautiful grounds, to our well appointed room, to the lovely breakfasts made it a great stay. One cool night we requested that the staff light the fire in our fireplace so it would be warm when we returned. Returning after dinner to a room lit by the fireplace was just delightful. If it wasn't so far away, we'd happily return often for a couple's getaway!」

「Great place to stay if visiting Franschhoek. It had off street parking and is located in the centre of the main part of Franschhoek. Room was very clean and spacious. 」

「It was both a two day, one night business and social visit to Cape Town. The scenery is beautiful & the architecture stunning! The cycling & hiking trails were a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed both restaurants. There was no time to fit in a wine tasting but we will definitely be back for an extended stay.」

「I am a repeat visitor to Pontac. A lovely place to spend time at, especially outside on the stoep. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, wonderful views of the mountains surrounding Paarl. Definite value for money. The only area for improvement would be breakfast, it is okay, but could use some attention.」
