"Wonderful stay indeed! We chose to stay here because of the close proximity to the beach & it was very well appointed! Our family enjoyed the quiet, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated condo. Plenty of room for our family of three to stretch out and relax. After days full of enjoying the many fun outdoor activities Siesta Key has to offer, this was the perfect temperature-controlled haven to rest up and rejuvenate for the next day. "The property was well taken care of, well stocked, and just overall lovely. We enjoyed it very much!"

"Toilet seat loose. Needs proper coffee maker and filters for this level of rental. Tighten holding nut for kitchen faucet. Pay some attention to ground cover. Some T knobs on drawers around the place need tightening. Otherwise nicely decorated and supplied, good bed, A/C would be better at 74 during hotter days. Nice quiet area to lay back and hide out. Pharmacy and groceries an easy walk."

"The building was under construction which was not revealed to us prior to booking. Inside the windows of the unit were filthy. The TV in the bedroom did not work for half of the vacation and the shower had a governor on it and was warm at best. Being under construction the pool area was dirty and very open to all the workers. the hallways all had building paper down. Very disappointing!"
