"Fantastic stay in a brand-new luxury hotel, with truly outstanding staff."

"The best hotel in world for ski ⛷️ "

"The hotel is right next to the national park so great for hiking. The hotel is also in the centre of Saariselkä which is compact and pedestrian friendly so this makes it easy if you’re using buses to get in and out of town and don’t have a vehicle. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant are good. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly. Be aware that activities book out and so if you want to do more than hiking you’ll need to plan and book ahead."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The sky looked so pretty thru the glass roof. Breakfast was good and the 3-course dinner was excellent! The artic char and reindeer dishes were the best in our Lapland trip. The front desk was very helpful too. It was a perfect stay!"

"There are no desk that easily allows you to work on a computer in the new part of the hotel. This can easily be improved by adding a desk, which would increase the rating for the hotel."

"Great breakfast with Lapland specialities available. Spectaculat dinner restaurant."

"Great little units at the base of Levi Zero Point Lifts. Very clean and well organized. Kitchen is on the small side if you are coming from North America but it was well stocked with everything needed to cook decent meals. Would definitely rebook when returning. Lovely staff. We had a small maintenance issue which was cleared up within 45 minutes."

"Everything was perfect for us"

"The rooms are situated in a great location in Levi. They are also quite spacious and well equipped - with Sauna."
