「This lovely hotel is in the perfect location, in the heart of town and surrounded by many restaurants, retail shops and everything you could possibly need. The rooms were very large had a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The staff was lovely and attentive and the breakfast was delicious and you could order your eggs anyway that you liked. We look forward to staying here again.」

「This review relates specifically to a situation that we had. We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and during one of those nights the hotel had a number of school aged children that were running unsupervised up and down the halls and banging on doors, yelling, etc. We called down to complain twice and the second time the person at reception was quite rude and hung up on us- he was clearly frustrated as well. If you're carrying heavy bags, there's parking near by but the last ~5-10 mins are only reachable by foot (it's in an entirely walking-only part of town). It felt safe even late at night. The rooms are beautiful and super clean, and staff is very responsive.」
