「Had a wonderful stay at The Lotus Chettinad. A special mention to Mr. Chidambaram for taking such great care of everything throughout our stay. He was extremely informative, helpful, kind, and especially patient, which made our experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, the stay was smooth and pleasant, and all the staff members were very polite and courteous.」

「Traditional rooms. Clean rooms. No special amenities but the bathroom does its job. I liked the eveni bc Veena recital. I had traditional food and was good. Restaurant Staff is primarily non localite but they were eager to help with our selection for local food.」
