「Pleasant hotel in city center with good restaurant nearby. Also that you have free dinner on two restaurants is very good.」

「ぼくだけに起きたことなので，一般化はできないが，少し困った。最初の夜にシャワーを浴びようと思ったら，お湯が熱すぎて，浴びることができなかった。しかし，それをフロントに伝えるのを忘れていて，次の日の夜に，苦情を言った。その時にフロントにいた人が，あまりよく英語を理解できないために，直接部屋に来てもらい，シャワーの温度の調節が不可能だということを示した。しかし，修理する人がもう帰ってしまっているので，別の部屋の浴槽を使うことで，解決を図った。しかし，次の日に，そのシャワーが直っていなかった。フロントが別の人なので，事情を話すと，今度は大きな部屋に替えてくれた。部屋自体は広くて快適で，浴槽つきだった。荷物をすべて運んだ後，お風呂に入ったら，浴槽にお湯を入れるのとシャワーにする切り替えの栓が壊れていてシャワーが使えなかった。この２つがたまたまぼくに起こったわけだけど，メンテナンスの悪さと，スタッフのコミュニケーションの不足は指摘できるかなと思う。」

「L'accueil est sympathique et efficace. La chambre est facilement accessible (ascenseur). les couloirs sont clairs lumineux et avec nombreuses d'oeuvres d'art aux mur. La chambre est grande, meublée avec beaucoup de bon gout (oeuvres d'art) et est très fonctionnelle. Literie très grande et confortable, éclairage parfait et grande baie vitrée avec belle vue sur les montagnes et sommets enneigés. Grande salle de bain, et surtout très lumineuse. 「An amazing concept which was clean and tidy. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Would recommend even if not intending to ski (we were passing through en route home from Greece)」

「The best location in the town. Just few steps from the lift. Dinner is very good and there are options for vegetarians and gluten free. But the breakfast is poor. Large and comfort rooms (a little old)」
