「I booked this room because it was close to where I needed to stay. Also, it had decent reviews about cleanliness, especially the bathroom. I did not find this to be the case with my room. The carpet was not vacuumed very well, and my bathroom was NOT clean. There was black hair everywhere… in the sink and bathtub, as well as on the countertop. 「What I liked: Hotel Deco is located close to the Old Market, within walking distance. It's also not too far from the airport. The room was spacious, which was nice. What I didn't like: The hotel needs an upgrade. Seats in the lobby would be nice. The bathroom needs to be gutted. There was nowhere to put toiletries in the shower, and the grout and floor were dirty. There was also no electrical outlet in the bathroom. 「Just pure class. Maybe not the most inspiring room you’ll ever stay in but the whole property is immaculate and the pool is top notch. The basement restaurant & bar is incredible. If you’re in Omaha, stay here.」

「We stayed four nights and not once were we contacted by housekeeping staff to see if we wanted the room cleaned or additional linens. I don't know if this is protocol for a more than one night stay, but I found it unusual.」
