「A wonderful hotel with a view that could not be matched in the area. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was a godsend as it was quite warm outside. The view from the terrace should not be missed. The property is a stone’s throw from old castle ruins (free) and an underground sandstone quarry (there is an admission fee), as well as a short walk from the old town. 「Great location, spacious room, comfortable beds, very nice restaurant on premises, and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Overall a very pleasant experience. Important - if you're driving, the am Frucktmarkt address will only get you close due to pedestrian only zones. There is a parking garage in back (with a different address) that has direct access to the hotel - call ahead and get that street address and save yourself a walk.」

「部屋の掃除が行き届いておらず残念でした。とてもじゃないけど４つ星ホテルレベルではありません。バスタブはなぜか水が少し残ったままだし、ベッドは真っすぐなってなくて髪の毛がちらほら。床は掃除機かけたの？って感じだし、ごみ無料の水の横に置かれてたコップ、埃かぶってて誰がこれ使うの？ゴミ箱は液体が垂れた後がついてるし、掃除担当者の問題なのか？バルコニーから右手に大きなゴミ回収箱が風で倒れてたのが見えたけど、２日目もそのままでゴミ散乱。 ただし翌日の朝食は大変豪華で素晴らしく、どれも美味しかったです。それは評価できるだけに 清掃具合が本当に残念でした。」
