「シャワーの水が茶色い。コンセントが壊れたまま。シャワーの水がバスルーム全体に漏れてくる。車を呼ぶのが遅い(お抱えの運転手のみを使用するため、この運転手が手配できない際、時間がかかる)。こちらのホテルへの要望、コメントに対し、ホテルの選択の仕方が悪い、自社は皆から高く評価されているので全く問題ない、と宿泊客を非難さえするコメントで応答するなど、接客姿勢に疑問を感じる。非常に不快な思いをした。」

「We loved our little bungalow - lovely inside and outside. We stayed on Mahe for two days and ate all our meals at the hotel restaurant. We found everything to be delicious! We appreciated the convenience of having a small store next door and access to the beach across the street.
