「1* for hotel service. None of the questions were successfully resolved: 1) figuring how to pay for kid for Sunday brunch took 4 days. Nobody knew the answer. 2) Sunday brunch 11-1pm finished at 12:30pm when service left without notifying. Nobody showed up. 3) We forgot an item on table after brunch. Somebody cleaned, but nobody knew the contact person. Nobody reached back. In few days the answer was "sorry, nothing was found" 4) Same for item left in the room after checkout. We were asked to...

「The location can't be beat. The room was modern and comfortable, although a little smaller than the pictures looked. Notably, our one bedroom was missing the laptop workspace and room darkening shades in the listing. There were a few minor issues with our room which the management dealt with promptly. I would stay here again」

「Staff was amazing, very friendly, attentive, and professional. The building, rooms, and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. For those with mobility issues, several of the rooms require a rather steep climb up one or two flights of stairs.」
