「Once you're able to get into your room, it's a nice property. That said, I've stayed at this property 4x over the past 2 months. Wait times to check in: 45 minutes, 25 minutes, 20 minutes and 42 minutes. It's dreadful. By the time folks get to check in they're angry. You can only use digital check in if you book directly with L'auberge. The problem is: booking directly with them is more expensive than other options, so no one books directly with them. Hence, no one can check in digitally......

「Kodey got us checked in and even tried to help get my co worker into a handicap accessible room, which we very much appreciated. The hotel needs to be refreshed. You can tell the pipeliners have used and abused it. My room had staples in the walls and ceilings from blocking the room off with plastic, probably from a previous leak.
