「The staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are nicely furnished. I appreciated the lighted makeup mirror and the vanity area. It’s an excellent choice for a nice getaway.」

「空港への送迎依頼の電話を入れたにもかかわらず、散々待たされた上に、途中で電話ん切られる始末。 また、部屋の空調（暖房）が全く効かないので、翌朝2泊目は部屋を変えて欲しいと依頼するも、エンジニアが直しておきます（これは仕方ない）と。 ただ、結果的にはちゃんと直っていなかった為、2日ともコートを羽織って寝るハメになった。」

「They couldn’t find our reservation due to Expedia, there was someone else’s trash in our room when we got to our room, the room wasn’t the room I reserved, I asked for a bathtub and there was a dirty shower, the ice bucket had water in it from the previous guest. I will say the staff was very nice and offered us a free breakfast which was not worth the $18 we would’ve had to pay to eat there. 」

「Even though it was just for one night, the stay was perfect! Great rooftop views/bar, comfortable beds, large room that was clean and bright. Highly recommend. 」
