They are super nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable—not just like a guest, but like good friends. It is clear that they genuinely care about your well-being and are consistently polite. A special mention must go to Katerina. Her problem-solving skills and people skills are excellent, and she handled every detail with grace and efficiency. She is clearly a great leader and role model for the rest of the team, setting a high standard for hospitality. To top it all off, the food is great. Every meal was delicious and well-prepared. "Phenomenal breakfast with a wide range of variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the pool area was chill and great for relaxation. Clean room and bathroom but shower head was faulty and close to no toiletries were provided. Highly recommend!"
