「Front lobby furniture, especially sectional couch, needs to be replaced as well as other furniture.」

「Functional Cayman hotel. Shame about the waterfront (no beach). Hefty resort fee and mandatory service charge on room rates. Loud events mar an otherwise relaxing place to stay. Good central Seven Mile Beach location. 」

The restaurant on-site was perfect for grabbing quick, delicious bites—each meal was a treat. Additionally, the location couldn't be better; just a 5-minute walk from the beach allowed for spontaneous seaside strolls. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly, convenient, and enjoyable stay!」

「This is a super cute little group of homes with a pool on the water. Here are the things you won't know from the advertisement although you're on the water you can't swim it's covered in rocks and coral. Bring aquasocks if you plan on trying to go out on the water. The furniture in unit two in the living room needs to be replaced you sit on the couch or love seat and you sink in. Beds and pillow are very good. Ac is good. Dishwasher needs updating. If you dont know grand cayman this is a 40...

「We really enjoyed staying here. It was very quiet, clean, well landscaped property. Parking was a breeze and close to the condo. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. There was a very beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and would comeback in a heartbeat. 」

「Great experience on this fantastic beach! It's almost like having a private beach. Each condo is individually owned, and we were in a newly remolded two-bedroom. Note, the condo's do not have individual pools rather a shared pool. 」

「Absolutely gorgeous! I would go back in a heartbeat. We stayed 4 nights at Botanica & stayed at the Westin our last night- we preferred Botanica, hands down. We traveled with a 10 & 7 year old, and you can’t beat the laundry, kitchen, & extra space at Botanica. We rented a car & beach access was only a 2 min drive. They provide the cutest umbrella, beach chairs, and cooler that made it so easy. Best vacation ever :-)」

「The unit, ocean views, amenities, and location are awesome. Judy and her team with Cayman Luxury Villas did a great job and communicated with us throughout our stay. The reason I did not give a 5-star rating is the appliances, lighting, and other systems in the unit were very complicated to figure out for most people that will be renting for a short period of time. 」

「Came here in September 2023 and had an amazing time. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very accommodating. Place was as described on the website and breathtaking. We had the entire place to ourselves and couldn’t ask for a better quiet and safe getaway. Will definitely come back again and will stay here. 」
