"Staff are reception desk were exceptional. One in particular, from memory her name was Sergi, or something similar. She helped me with taxi, restaurant and sites to see in Trabzon and surrounding region."

"The hotel is located near the medan, shopping market, restaurants and cafés, park and sea... All at walking distance which made it perfect... The rooms are comfortable.... Clean and spacious for 2 to 3 visitors....however..we didn't have enough blankets for everyone... We asked them to provide us with a couple and they said they don't have any... Breakfast is not much and almost the same everyday..."

"The staff was amazing!! We were fasting on Ramadan, and they prepared a breakfast at 4 am specially for us. Rooms were very cozy, clean, and with a great sea view. Parking is available just across the hotel. Hotel offers pool, sauna etc, but we stayed overnight only, hopefully will have a chance next time. Highly recommend this property!"

"During our stay at the hotel, we had a wonderful time and found the staff to be very welcoming. However, we did find the price to be on the higher side compared to our expectations. Additionally, we noticed that some of the furniture in the room was a bit worn out. We also found the extra bed to be uncomfortable. Despite these minor issues, we still had a good experience overall and would consider coming back in the future."

"I hoped to gave them 5 stars but they disappointed me I have been in uzungol for a full day trip when I returned to my room I found it same as I left it I talked to the staff they said "sorry" I told them sorry is not enough...the problem wasn't solved and they didn't cleaning anything "

"The rooms had an amazing view of the black sea, and it was pretty big. However, although they were non-smoking rooms, they had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The A/C was not activated yet and we had to leave the window open to cool down the room, and this allowed more cigarette smoke from outside smokers. The was only a half roll of toilet paper and one pillow per person. These items should come in twos. The desk person was fantastic and provided good tips for things to see in town. "

"Nice Hotel, however it is located in National Mountain Park and if you travel with your car they charge you entrance fee of 14 TL per day despite you are a hotel guest. Reception didnt register my spouse and he had difficulty ordering any services due to hotel was not seeing him as a guest staying in. Lots of stray cats and dogs, which hotel is not feeding and not allowing guests to feed them."

"I booked this hotel on Expedia where it is presented as an upscale hotel with a sauna and a free manager's reception. Upon arrival, I was informed that the sauna was under renovation, and there were not such thing as a free manager's reception. The hotel manager told me that they weren't responsible for what Expedia puts on the website. I appreciated the manager offering me a bit of a discount to appease me but overall this was frustrating, as I was looking forward to a sauna and a spa. Overall,...
