"This is a nice hotel close to all the main sightseeing points and tourist attractions, also very close to a lot of great restaurants and Old City. We prefer rooms with antique style and it was the only place we could find. Hotel's staff was super-sweet, we want to especially mention Tahir who was so helpful and nice, helped us with everything and took a great care of all guests. Thanks a lot, we enjoyed our stay."

"Fantastic hotel with a large clean room, comfy bed, kettle and excellent shower. The breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. There were a couple of things which were distracting. My room, 205, overlooked the reception/lobby which was very loud, even throughout the night. There was net but no curtain on one of the windows and a glass fronted fridge, so the light from both made it difficult to get to sleep . "My check-in didn't happen. I was told there were no available rooms and sent to another (substandard) hotel. Next days I was told my six-day reservation didn't exist. Found later. Management was approved by email a few times for compensation for this kind of treatment but didn't even bother to reply. The hotel itself had many issues... "

"Front desk people were polite and smiled. Bathroom was tiny. The supplies were cheap. The free breakfast was disappointing. I had expected at least some staff to speak english- turns out not many people in Baku care about the language. The check in was supposed to be 24 hours but I was told the room was not ready. The smiling staff directed me to the free breakfast. That the saving grace of this place"

"Convienient for the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food at dinner was very good. Bed was large and very comfortable (even the pillows), shower was the best i have ever had whilst travelling. Worth the extra 20 minute drive from the airport. Transfer shuttle was faultless. A great stay!"
