「Just as described.Beautiful view. Beach within walking distance. 」

「Property was near beach as advertised but bnb was unkept and needed more attention to cleanliness. Towels were dingy and tables and furniture sticky. Also the bathrooms emitted an order of deep neglect. However the communication with the bnb staff Ms Mona was exceptional. 」

「Room was dirty. Light broken in 2nd BR. Large clump of hair in MBR shower. Sliding door lock broke. In 2nd BR, Glass doors in living room so hard to open and close that we used the MBR to go to patio. 」

「Unit overall needs a thorough deep clean. Consider cleaning or replacing entry way rugs and area rug in living room. All light switches are quite dirty. Grout in kitchen and bathroom is very dirty, almost black. Consider repainting, reparing water damage on ceilings. Location is fantastic, generous size balcony and great gulf views.」

「Our stay was great! The area feels very laid-back and relaxed. Traffic during the 4th of July was a bit heavy, so we had to wait at times, but overall it wasn’t too bad. There are lots of family activities to do in the area. The facility itself was excellent—the kids loved the pool, and the view from the balcony was beautiful.」

「The condo was nice, it came with a great view. Be prepared to bring your own paper towels, paper plates, dish soap and bar soap. I didn’t like that check in was at 4 and check out was at 9….too early for me. I would definitely stay here again. The family and I loved it. 」

「I would suggest to the owner to strongly consider putting in a king size bed due to the bedroom being large enough to accommodate it. 」

「Beach Club and Pensacola Beach in general are great and I have been there multiple times. However, multiple lights were out, tv remotes not working, parking passes were missing and place was under contruction with ropes dangling across the view. Also while booking through Southern Vacation rentals they provide one day of basic necessities like soap, dishwashing liquid. They state that the above were listed on the website. I never had these issues with other rental companies there before.」
