「I could not get into the property because Landing gave me the wrong entry information. When I called the helpline, they told me to submit a ticket on their app. not helpful. Finally, one of the residents let me in. I would never rent something with landing again. As to the apartment itself, I could not get cell service in the apartment. I could not sit on their little outdoor patio because there was a big piece of incredibly loud mechanical equipment, right there. And the music at the pool...

「This is a 6th floor room with a small balcony overlooking the beach. The property is clean and comfortable but showing its age in places. There is a small pool and direct beach access. Parking requires a permit -- make sure it is there, and if not, communicate with the host right away. Security on site is minimal but friendly -- however, they will boot or tow un-permitted vehicles.」

「The beach was amazing the outdoor pool in seating area was under construction did not like and not being told about it was even worse during the booking process. But they did have an indoor pool that was big and deep but very humid and almost un tolerable」

「Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. I will never use Hosteeva again. They don't care, just...

「The condo was very clean and the view was fantastic but the building needs maintenance. Some of the lobby windows were boarded up and the check-in desk was cluttered with junk. The pool was closed and did need major repairs.」
